Massage with a purpose
Remedial massage goes beyond relaxation. Your therapist assesses where you're tight, sore or restricted, then uses specific techniques to work on those areas, helping muscles recover and move more freely.
- Neck & shoulder tension
- Lower back tightness
- Sports recovery
- Trigger points & knots
- Desk & posture strain
- Tight hips & legs
Not a spa treatment. Focused, hands-on work on the muscles that are actually holding you back.

How is remedial massage different from a relaxation massage?+
Relaxation massage is general and aims to help you unwind. Remedial massage starts with an assessment and focuses on specific muscles and problem areas that are tight, sore or restricted.
Will it hurt?+
Some techniques use firm pressure, but it should never be more than you're comfortable with. Let your therapist know at any time and they'll adjust.
Should I book 45 or 60 minutes?+
For your first visit, 60 minutes allows time for the assessment and a full treatment. For follow ups, 45 minutes suits most people working on one or two areas.
What should I wear?+
Wear something comfortable. You'll be appropriately draped with towels throughout, and you only undress to the level you're comfortable with.
How do I book?+
Book online any time of day, or call us on 0415 520 779 during opening hours.
